Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. I am an independent contractor, not an employee. I am solely responsible for the creation of commissioned work and am not bound by any employment-related obligations or benefits. Project commencement depends on the receipt of full payment or an agreed-upon deposit and a clear understanding of project requirements.

Initial Consultation: We will discuss your requirements and vision for the artwork. Please provide details about the type of commission, number of characters, required poses and expressions, background details (if applicable), intended use (personal or commercial), and any reference images or specific style requirements.

2. Sketch: I will provide an initial sketch for your approval.
3. Coloring: Upon sketch approval, I will proceed with coloring. You may request color changes at this stage.
4. Detailing: The final artwork will be delivered in PNG format unless otherwise requested.

Full prepayment or a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the commission begins. If you opt for a deposit, the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the coloring.

Each commission stage includes 2 minor revisions. Minor revisions involve adjustments to details, colors, or slight composition elements. Major revisions, such as significant changes to character design or composition, may incur additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted in writing. Flexibility for revisions decreases as the project progresses.

I strive to complete commissions promptly, but estimated delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to academic deadlines, or personal emergencies. Any significant delays will be communicated to the client.

Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use, such as avatars, online posts, or creating personal merchandise. Clients may transfer this license to others but must notify me. Clients do not have the right to claim ownership or obtain copyright over the work.

Unless explicitly negotiated in a separate commercial licensing agreement and agreed upon in writing, commissioned work may not be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise sales, advertising, or any profit-generating activities.

Clients are prohibited from using the work in any manner that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, or hate speech. Clients also may not use the work in any blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions in that space. Additionally, clients may not use my work to train artificial intelligence models. Violating these terms will result in immediate revocation of the usage license and potential legal action.

The copyright of the work remains with me, the artist. Clients purchase a license to use the work, not the copyright itself. Clients may not modify or alter the commissioned work in any way without my explicit written permission.

While not necessary for personal use, I appreciate credit when sharing the work online. A simple mention of my name or a link to my social media is sufficient.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media platforms, regardless of the intended use of the commission. If you wish for your commission to remain private, please inform me in advance.

20% fee on upfront payment if canceled; no fee if no payment made; No refunds once final art is delivered. Partial refunds may be considered if the project is terminated before completion, with the refund amount proportional to the work completed.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request at my discretion, even after payment has been made. If payment has already been made and I refuse the commission, a full refund will be issued.

I reserve the right to archive all correspondence, reference materials, and commission details for future reference. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

I value constructive feedback, so please feel free to provide it during the commission process. However, rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, I reserve the right to terminate the commission without a refund.
